• Access and use FluxCore for lawful photonic design purposes
• Create, modify, and export your own designs
• Use our component library in your designs
• Integrate FluxCore with your workflow via our API

Restrictions

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to disrupt or overload our servers
• Share your account credentials with others

Your Content

You retain all intellectual property rights to the designs and content you create using FluxCore. We claim no ownership over your designs.

Our Property

FluxCore, including all software, algorithms, documentation, and branding, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without express written permission.

Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about FluxCore become our property and may be used without compensation to you.

Subscription Fees

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change fees upon 30 days notice
• You're responsible for all applicable taxes

Free Trials

• Free trials are for new users only
• Credit card may be required for trial activation
• Trial converts to paid subscription unless cancelled
• Trial features may be limited compared to paid plans

You may not use FluxCore:

• For any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• To violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• To infringe upon intellectual property rights
• To transmit harmful code or malware
• To harass, abuse, or harm another person
• To spam or send unsolicited communications
• To impersonate anyone or misrepresent affiliation
• For competitive analysis without permission

FluxCore is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation

In no event shall FluxCore, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Maximum Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to FluxCore in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FluxCore and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any rights of another
• Your content or designs

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of FluxCore shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
